On 12 December 2019, Sompo Insurance Indonesia (SII) officially launched the latest innovation in the Motor claim service process named, Sompo Fastrack Claim Service.

From 31 October – 2 November 2019, Sompo Insurance Indonesia (SII) contributed to OCBC NISP's biggest event, TAYTB Fest.

On 26 October 2019, Wuling Insurance, partnered by Sompo Insurance Indonesia (SII), contributed to Wuling Experience Weekend (WEW) event at Plaza Barat Gelora Bung Karno. WEW was a series of activities held in 10 major cities in Indonesia and peaked at Jakarta, aimed to invite Wuling Customers as well as the broader community, to create memorable experiences with Wuling. Wuling Insurance booth came with a Japanese game, called Shateki which all WEW visitors enjoyed playing and created a long queue. Not only existed at the booth, Wuling Insurance also collaborated with the top three dealers at WEW. This presence gave clear visibility to Wuling customers that Wuling Insurance was there to protect their vehicles, and fully guaranteed by SII. Ultimate features included in Wuling Insurance cover the replacement of a new car, protection of personal belongings in an accident, along with reliable services of Sompo Care 24 hours customer service for seven days a week.

Sompo Insurance Indonesia (SII) has officially launched its digital application, Sompo Go! on October 2019. The launch was attended by Amit Naik - President Director of MMS, Ken Sukasah - EO Agency, and Ismiyatun - Chief Operating Officers. Sompo Go! facilitates the services and transaction processes, starting from motor and travel insurance products, which will later be extended to other products, such as property and health. This application was designed to support and ease the SII intermediaries (agents, dealers, leasing and banking) in completing the business transactions for the customers, such as insurance quotes (available both offline and online), digital policies processing and real time delivery. The application will certainly be one of the strongest selling tools and bring Sompo to be one of the digital insurance market leaders in the future.

Jakarta, September 2019. Sompo Insurance Indonesia has won three awards in two prestigious awarding events, The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019 organized by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) and Indonesia Best Insurance Award 2019 organized by Warta Ekonomi. On the awarding ceremony of The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019, Sompo Insurance won "The Best Contact Center Operations Bronze". Meanwhile, on the eve of Indonesia Best Insurance Award 2019, Sompo Insurance received 2 (two) awards as "TOP 3 Financial Performance for Insurance Companies with Assets Between 3 - 5 T" for General Insurance category and "TOP Leader for Enhancing Product Strategic Partnership" for TOP CEO category which was awarded to Eric Nemitz, as CEO of Sompo Insurance.
