On 12 December 2019, Sompo Insurance Indonesia (SII) officially launched the latest innovation in the Motor claim service process named, Sompo Fastrack Claim Service. Sompo Fastrack Claim Service provides fast services claim handling process without any working order (SPK). The process only takes a few hours and the vehicle can directly go to the appointed workshop. Customer from any place can simply report their claim by submitting photos of the damaged vehicle via Sompo WhatsApp or a video survey that will be guided by the SII contact center team. Currently, Sompo Fastrack Claim Service serves customers for maximum damages at a value of up to Rp 5 million at 14 primary workshops available in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
