Dear Customers, Business Partners, and Friends,

On behalf of everyone at Sompo Insurance Indonesia, we wish you a Happy New year and sure hope you had a great beginning to the new year!

Having lived through the COVID-19 pandemic for the second year has not been easy. I would like to say that our thoughts are with everyone affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which we hope will come to an end in the near future. In such times more than ever, true friendship, uncompromising support, and solidarity are required for us to emerge stronger.

Looking back, amidst the pandemic, we have experienced this very friendship, support, and solidarity from many of our clients and partners and I therefore would like to express my deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to our supporters. Thank you for your commitment, support, and trust in us at Sompo Insurance Indonesia!

The business environment in 2021 was fraught with uncertainties, yet we stayed true to our company purpose and continued to provide the best solutions to meet our customers’ needs. I am pleased to share that despite all uncertainties, together, we ended the year on a strong note.  We were able to achieve a significant growth in our revenue and continued to strengthen our operational and financial basis.

The road ahead will not be easy. We strive to remain the Insurance of choice to our partners and customers. It is our mission to provide security and peace of mind to all their professional as well as private endeavours.

Through our 46 years of presence in Indonesia, we have constantly been developing our capabilities and expanding our product and service portfolio to provide the excellent solutions to meet our customers’ and partners’ needs. We will continue to challenge ourselves to provide the best for our customers as life in the new normal will bring new challenges; quality products, outstanding customer service and effective claims handling continue to be the basis of our business.

Being your partner and having been given the opportunity to support you has always been a great honour. By entering 2022, I therefore would like to ensure you our continuous, unwavering commitment and uncompromising quality of service.
