Job Description:

  • Conduct all administration related ordering spare parts to payments for suppliers / dealers
  • Make reports and data regularly related to the procurement of spare parts to workshops / clients and financial analysis
  • Searching for spare part suppliers according to Company's needs and establishing partnerships
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and delivery terms
  • Monitoring and analyzing MV parts usage data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Maintain a good loss ratio claim
  • Ensure the ordering and delivery process by suppliers/dealers according to the agreed SLA

 

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in MV parts demand management or a related field within the Insurance industry
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in various data analysis tools and software
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
