Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable insurance regulations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and ensure timely reporting of compliance matters.
  • Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of regulatory adherence.
  • Conduct compliance regulatory assessment. 
  • Provide necessary support for Personal Data Protection (PDP) implementation within the Company. 

Requirement:

  • Bachelors' degree of Law. 
  • Experienced in insurance company (preferably general insurance) for minimum 3 years. 
  • Capable to have conversation in English. 
  • Extensive knowledge and have a deep analysis regarding OJK Regulation. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Communicative and able to work in individually or in a team. 
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to corporate governance.
