Claim Recovery Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Handle and sell ex-claim salvage in the claims division, both MV salvage and non-MV salvage, to ensure handling and sales comply with applicable procedures (SOP Recovery)
• Process MV and non-MV salvage claims in the bidding system so that the sales process runs smoothly.
• Coordinate with PIC (Claim Handler) in MV & Non MV to monitor and maximize recovery results on claim costs
• Coordinate with PIC (Claim Handler) in MV & Non MV to monitor outstanding potential recovery
• Monitor and coordinate with vendors (TPA) for salvage management.
• Make reports & logbooks of MV and Non MV salvage claims properly and correctly.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Claim Motor and Non-Motor
• Able to communicate in English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Enjoys being challenged and interested in learning new skills/expanding knowledge.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work.
