February 2019, to coincide with the largest travel exhibition in Indonesia, Astindo Travel Fair, Sompo Insurance Indonesia proudly announces the winners of Win Free Trip to Hokkaido campaign from SII. Sthefanny Woe became the winner after sharing her traveling experiences by using Sompo TravelFirst to Europe on Instagram a year ago. She invited one of his friends Shelly, departing from Jakarta on May 9th, 2019, through the Soekarno Hatta International Airport to New Chitose Airport, Japan. Upon their arrival in Hokkaido, Sthefany and Shelly began their exploration of the city with the first destination, Otokoyama Sake Museum. In this museum, they tried various kinds of traditional Japanese sake. On the second day, started with visiting Asahiyama Zoo in Asahikawa and proceeded to Sounkyo by using the bus through the Ginga & Ryusei waterfall. The next day, they visited the Shibazakura Festival at Takinoue Park to see sakura, Shibazakura, and tulips. Shibazakura is one of the spring flowers in Japan that grows in the grass and grows after the cherry blossoms fall.

On the fourth day, Sthefanny and Shelley visited Sapporo and then continued to visit the city of Otaru on the next day, to saw the beautiful scenery on the Otaru Canal by using the cruise. Hakodate City became their destination on the sixth day. Located to the south of the island of Hokkaido, the city of Hakodate has many buildings with Russian-influenced architecture. After visiting various buildings such as the Russian Orthodox Church, and the Cathedral Catholic Church, they also visit the Shinto Temple. At the Shinto shrine, they tried to take the typical Japanese fortune-telling Omikuji and in the evening they saw the beautiful view of Hakodate city from top views with the Hakodate Cable Car. Sthefanny and Shelley are very proud to be the winners of the Hokkaido Trip program presented SII. With this program, SII hopes can educate public about the importance of creating protection when traveling abroad and SII always strives to provide the best service to its customers.
