SOMPO INSURANCE INDONESIA RECEIVED AN AWARD ON INDONESIA INNOVATION INSURANCE AWARD 2019
Jakarta, 29th March 2019. Sompo Insurance Indonesia has successfully received an award at Indonesia Innovation Insurance Award 2019 presented by Thinknovative Comm and Gatra Magazine. Indonesia Innovation Insurance Award 2019 is an awarding event for insurance companies with the best performance and have the latest innovations in both products or services to its customers. As digital business development is currently a major concern for the community, every insurance company have to make adjustments in order to develop. Therefore, SII is continuously strive to provide the best services for its customers by creating a variety of new innovations.
There are several approaches used in the assessment of Indonesia Innovation Insurance Award 2019, including desk research, media monitoring, and consumer survey. Through this assessment, SII has been awarded with a General Insurance Innovation Award for its Car Claim Point service that has been running since October 2018. This award received by Nizar Lubis as the Senior General Manager - Head of Claim Division of Sompo Insurance Indonesia together with Ratna Indrayani – Executive Officer of Retail Marketing Directorate. Car Claim Point is a form of innovation and quality improvement on motor vehicle claim services from SII. It has been created as a solution to provide an easy access for customers, by bringing SII services closer to areas that are easily accessible to customers.
