SJNKWF - Sompo Insurance Indonesia Present CSR Grant Worth IDR 100 Million
On February 6th 2018, as a part of social contribution in terms of community's potential and capability developments, Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Welfare Foundation (SJNKWF) together with Sompo Insurance Indonesia (SII) were presenting corporate social responsibility funds worth IDR 100 million to Non-government organizations (NGO) Panca Karya through a ceremony event at SII Head Office.
The grant was directly presented by Mr. Hideki Okabayashi as Managing Director of SJNKWF and Mr. Tatsuya Kuroki as Vice President Director of SII. It will be utilized to build facilities such as training center to train human resources focusing on agriculture industry, including mastering the skills of processing agricultural products as well as honing the skills needed in the tourism sector. This facility will be built around Mount Halimun National Park in West Java, Indonesia.
Not only in Indonesia, SJNKWF also presents the grant to several other NGO across ASEAN countries and India, with total grant for 2017 reached 4.8 Million Yen.
