Description:

  • Managing Operational Project at Sompo Insurance Indonesia/SII
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Projects
  • Ensure that all Projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with client ad all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risk
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Project Manager/Project Administrator.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skill including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
