IT Project Management Officer

Job Description:

  • Able to develop clear and detailed plan in project
  • Monitors Project Management progress by tracking activity; resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions
  • Able to work in a team with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Conduct gap analysis between business requirement and system behavior

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Project Manager, PMO Analyst or Business Analyst from insurance industry
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Experiance in maintaining and creating Project Management Document, such as Projcet Charter, Work Breakdwon Structure and Project Delivery documents.
  • Familiar or good knowledge in technical system like SQL, Java etc is an advantage
  • Proficient in microsoft office suite.
  • Strong Team Building & Communication skill
  • Solid Organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill
