Overseeing Business Analyst Department
Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/user to establish project scope, system and process goals, and requirements
Defines process solutions to support business strategy
Manage Business Analysts work, allocates resources and balances load
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Manage and prepare business requirement documentation
Discuss the Requirement to Developer (both internal and external) to ensure the solution meet Users’ expectation and able to make the process more efficient and effective, minimize the manual works and human error
Create User Acceptance Testing Scenario
Conduct User Acceptance Testing
Create User Manual (if needed)
Provide assistance in Production Troubleshooting (if needed)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English Intermediate level TOEFL 550)
Have at least 5 years experience in business process development and 3 years in managing development team.
In Depth Insurance knowledge and Business Processes
In Depth knowledge of Mandatory Insurance Report Requirement
Data Exchange Process and Security
Have experience in supporting CGISS and AS400 insurance system or other insurance ERP system would be an advantage
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
